Collection: Private Villas, Yachts and VIP Service in Cartagena

Services added on top of a group plan in Cartagena: private chef at the villa, decoration, DJ and sound on the boat, bookings at Historic Center restaurants and clubs, private transport for the nights, photographer and security when needed.

Almost all of them are contracted as add-ons to a bachelor or bachelorette party, which is the kind of group we organize most. They are quoted separately from the accommodation and the boat, so the breakdown stays clear and there are no surprises.

How they fit into the full plan, with itinerary and reference prices: bachelor party in Cartagena and bachelorette party in Cartagena.

What a VIP service in Cartagena actually contains, and what it costs

In this city “VIP” on its own means nothing, so these are the pieces it is built from and the figures we publish and hold: a staffed colonial house inside the walls or in Getsemaní from about 600 USD a night sleeping sixteen, billed per house and not per person; a local host at 200–300 USD a day as its own line, never a percentage; a private chef per service with the market shop invoiced at cost; and a private boat at 850–3,800 USD a day by size, with the park fee paid separately at the marina. Everything is billed per unit, so the cost per guest falls as the group grows, and there is no agency fee.

The upper band exists and we contract in it: mansions and beachfront estates the market publishes at 2,300 to 8,000 USD a night, quoted by name with photographs for a specific date. The detail is in staffed villa with a private chef, concierge services and what the rest of the market publishes.

Send these five things and nothing else is needed: the dates or the month, how many nights, how many people, what is non-negotiable for this group, and the city everyone is flying from.

  1. Within 24 hours on a working day you get two or three houses or boats that actually fit those dates, with what we checked on each one, and an itemised quote: each line priced separately, what is included and what is not, and the payment calendar. No agency fee.
  2. You choose. Nothing is held or booked until you confirm in writing. If nothing fits, we say so instead of pushing a substitute.
  3. Deposit against a company invoice — never 100% upfront, never to a personal account — and each traveller can pay her own share and receive her own receipt.
  4. One named contact on WhatsApp before, during and after the trip, who answers at eleven at night on the 31st. RNT 215668, verifiable in the public Colombian registry.

December and the first week of January are quoted on the actual house, in writing, because those two weeks sell out first.
