We organize group trips in Cartagena contracting directly with the city providers, with no agency commission. Most of our groups are bachelor and bachelorette parties arriving from Mexico, the United States and Colombia; the rest are friends trips, celebrations and corporate groups.
What changes with a group compared with an individual trip is how it is billed: the villa, the boat and the transport are charged per unit, not per person, so the per-head price drops as the group grows. A house costs the same for 8 as for 20, and so does the boat.

Groups: where the arithmetic works and where it does not
Because everything is billed per unit — the house costs the same for eight as for sixteen — group size is what moves the per-person figure. With sixteen people, three nights and one boat day, the three main lines come to about 285 USD per person; below eight the per-unit model works against you, and we say openly that a boutique hotel with a boat day and a chef dinner is the better answer. The minimum we work with comfortably is six.
Each traveller can pay her own share and receive her own receipt, against a company invoice, so nobody has to front the money for the group. By reason for the trip: a 40th or 50th birthday, a wedding weekend, a corporate retreat or offsite and Christmas and New Year.

Send these five things and nothing else is needed: the dates or the month, how many nights, how many people, what is non-negotiable for this group, and the city everyone is flying from.
