Groups of 14 to 20

What to know: best value per person, but the least room to manoeuvre on dates: there are few 16-20 person houses in the walled city and they are the first to go. For December and Holy Week, this group books months ahead.

More than 20 people

We do it, but the logistics change: two houses close together or one large mansion, two vessels, and a host for the whole trip rather than selected days. The hard part is not the price, it is the coordination — past 20 people, transfers and restaurant bookings stop being a detail.

What does not change with size

The booking order is always the same: house first, then boat, then tables and restaurants. It is laid out day by day in the 3, 4 and 5-night itinerary.
