We do not sell fixed-price packages, and there is a reason: in Cartagena the real price depends on group size and dates, because the villa, the boat and the transport are billed per unit. A standard "per person" package either inflates the price for large groups or hides what it leaves out.
What we do instead is build the plan with the four items separated — villa, boat, transport and activities — and hand over the full breakdown so you can see what is charged per unit and what per person. We quote in dollars and reply in under 24 hours.

Why we do not sell closed packages (and what you get instead)
A closed package hides what you are paying for. We quote line by line: the house per night, each member of staff separately, the boat by size and hours, the park fee, transfers, and what is explicitly not included. The public base figures: house from about 600 USD a night for sixteen billed per house, boat 850–3,800 USD a day, host 200–300 USD a day, chef per service. Worked example for sixteen people over three nights with one boat day: about 285 USD per person for house, boat and host, before flights and meals.
How it works: send dates, nights, head count, what is non-negotiable and the city everyone flies from; within 24 working hours you get two or three houses or boats that are free on those dates and an itemised quote with the payment calendar. Nothing is held until you confirm, each traveller can pay her own share with her own receipt, and everything is invoiced by a registered company (RNT 215668). Send these five things and nothing else is needed: the dates or the month, how many nights, how many people, what is non-negotiable for this group, and the city everyone is flying from.
- Within 24 hours on a working day you get two or three houses or boats that actually fit those dates, with what we checked on each one, and an itemised quote: each line priced separately, what is included and what is not, and the payment calendar. No agency fee.
- You choose. Nothing is held or booked until you confirm in writing. If nothing fits, we say so instead of pushing a substitute.
- Deposit against a company invoice — never 100% upfront, never to a personal account — and each traveller can pay her own share and receive her own receipt.

December and the first week of January are quoted on the actual house, in writing, because those two weeks sell out first.
